Great folding spring chairs. I have not seen others like this and wonder if they are design prototypes. Arms had screw holes, but no scar or trace of ever having arms. I had the wood arms made and installed. I used mineral oil on the wood so still ready for your favorite color or stain. 

Very comfortable, cushy and excellent all over. Original finish.
